Flats and apartments

• The Council has visited all apartment and flat complexes in South Cambridgeshire regarding the use of wheeled and communal bins to identify which solution is best and residents have been advised of the decision.
• Flats on new developments will be assessed with the developer prior to occupation to determine the best wheeled bin solution. New flats will not be issued with sacks.
• If the annexe is classed as a separate household to the main property and paying separate council tax, you will receive your own bins. If you are classified as the same household you will share bins.
