Service requests (This link will open in a new window) related to this page can be submitted online.

  • South Cambridgeshire has replaced the old sack based service with wheeled bins.
  • The normal collection point is at the kerbside.
  • The normal collection time is between 7.00 am to 18.30 pm. Refuse should always be placed out by 7.00am on collection day.

Unless otherwise advertised, changes to collection days for clinical waste as a result of bank holidays will be the same as those for the wheeled bin scheme.

All enquiries, service requests and reports of missed collections should be reported as soon as possible to Health and Environmental Services.
