The Planning Permission
- Planning permission for the demolition of buildings (including 90, 92 and 96 Church Road), remediation of land and formation of a development platform was originally granted subject to conditions on 5 February 2010 under reference S/2307/06/F
The replacement planning permission was issued on 18 May 2011 under reference S/2269/10 to take account of amendments to paragraphs 12.6 and 17.3 of the Remediation Method Statement April 2009 - Revision 6
Condition 2
Revisions to the quantitive risk assessment for the site pursuant to Condition 2 of Planning permission reference S/2307/06/F has been accepted:
