Parish Councils

South Cambridgeshire District Council strongly encourages all developers to engage with Parish Councils at the earliest possible opportunity to discuss the scheme and the matter of planning obligations. Many Parish Councils have produced documents that outline the aspirations and requirements of the local residents. The District Council advises that these Parish Plans are obtained and taken into consideration when heads of terms are being drafted to accompany the planning application.
