The policy framework behind these applications is contained primarily within the Northstowe Areas Action Plan Adopted by this council in July, 2007, Development Control Policies adopted July 2007 and the Core Strategy adopted January 2007. Each of these documents provide the main policy structure for the new town and the above planning application will be assessed against these and other Government Circular and guidance.
