Local land charges
Local land charges and searches
Our Local Land Charges Register contains a record of planning approvals, planning notices, general and specific financial charges, tree preservation orders, listed buildings and ancient monuments and special areas of conservation. A search on the Register discloses any matter which has been registered as a Local Land Charge.
Submitting a search and fees
All search applications need to include copies of the LLC1 and CON29R forms, site/location maps and the correct fee in order for us to process it efficiently. The current turnaround of searches is 8 working days.
Personal searches
Members of the public are permitted to conduct a personal search by attending the Councils offices in Cambourne. You must arrange an appointment prior to conducting a personal search.
