Local Plan 2004 - Further Proposed Modifications (September 2003)

The Council considered the representations received on the Proposed Modifications and prepared its response in two documents:

Consideration of Representations to Proposed Modifications; and
Schedule of Further Proposed Modifications.

The Council concluded that for most of the objections received no further changes were required to the Local Plan, however, it was concluded that a small number of Further Proposed Modifications were necessary.

The Council also agreed a number of Technical Modifications to the Plan in response to representations.
