Examination into the Northstowe Area Action Plan Development Plan Document

THE FINAL SESSION FOR THE NORTHSTOWE AREA ACTION PLAN DPD EXAMINATION WAS HELD ON THURSDAY 25TH JANUARY 2007. THIS WAS THE CLOSE OF THE HEARINGS SECTION OF THE EXAMINATION.

At the close of the hearings the Inspectors agreed to issue an early indication of major decisions on the Northstowe AAP. This statement is available to view on this website.

Independent examinations will be held for each of the six Development Plan Documents (DPDs) submitted in January 2006 by South Cambridgeshire District Council.

The oral sessions for the Northstowe Area Action Plan DPD began on Tuesday 5th December 2006. The Programme for these sessions is available to view on this website. The first version of the Programme was sent to all those who made representations on the Northstowe Area Action Plan DPD.

A List of Main Matters for discussion at the Northstowe Area Action Plan DPD Examination was prepared by the Inspectors and sent to all those who made representations on this DPD. They are also available on this website.

A Reference Documents List has been prepared detailing the documents expected to be referred to most frequently by participants. These documents are available to view in the Examinations Library - please contact the Programme Officer in advance to arrange a convenient time to view any of these documents. Where possible a link has been provided in the list to the electronic version of the document if available.

The Guidance Notes provide useful information about the facilities and arrangements for the Examinations. Further details of the Examinations, including updates to the programme, will be posted on this site as they become available.
