Northstowe Area Action Plan DPD, Southern Fringe Area Action Plan DPD, Cambridge East Area Action Plan DPD - Pre-Examination Meeting (PEM)

A Pre-Examination meeting will be held at 2.00 pm on Wednesday 13th September 2006. This is a public meeting and all with an interest are welcome to attend. It will take place in The Council Chamber, South Cambridgeshire Hall, Cambourne Business Park, Cambourne, Cambs, CB3 6EA. The Council Chamber is on the first floor. There is access via the stairs or lift from the reception area.

Purpose of the PEM

This PEM will focus on the procedures, timetable and deadlines for the Examination dealing with the Northstowe Area Action Plan Development Plan Document. It will also cover preliminary arrangements for the examinations into the Southern Fringe Area Action Plan DPD and the Cambridge East Area Action Plan DPD.

Those who have indicated they wish to appear at these Examinations may find it particularly useful.

Guidance Notes have been sent to all respondents. An agenda will be published in due course and will be made available on the website.

The Programme Officer will send a copy of the Notes of the PEM to all respondents on the above three DPDs. The Notes will also be available on this website.

It would be extremely helpful for the arrangements for the PEM if you would let the Programme Officer know if you plan to attend.
