Examination into the Development Control Policies Development Plan Document

The oral sessions for the Development Control Policies DPD Examination were held between Tuesday 3 October 2006 and Thursday 18 January 2007. The Programme for these sessions is available to view on this website.

A List of Main Matters for discussion at the Development Control Policies Examination was prepared by the Inspectors. This was sent to all those who made representations on the Development Control Policies DPD.

A Reference Documents List has been prepared detailing the documents referred to most frequently by participants. Where possible a link has been provided in the list to the electronic version of the document if available.

The Guidance Notes have been sent to all respondents and provide useful information about the facilities and arrangements for the Examinations.

Pre-Examination Meeting (PEM)

A Pre-Examination meeting focussing on the Development Control Policies DPD Examination was held at 2 pm on Tuesday 4 July 2006.

Purpose of the PEM

This PEM focused on the procedures, timetable and deadlines for the Examination dealing with the Development Control Policies Development Plan Document.

The Programme Officer sent a copy of the Notes of the PEM to all respondents to the Development Control Policies DPD and these are also available on this website.
