Pre-Submission Public Participation Archive

The Pre-Submission Public Participation gave people the opportunity to make representations on the draft development plan documents.

The documents were published in June 2005 and were subject to a six-week public participation period, during which around 3,500 representations were received. The public notice gives details of the documents consulted on, and the public exhibitions held to promote the public participation.

The documents, and representations received are available to view on our consultation website. Use the links below to select the relevant document, then select the Chapter or Option, and use the 'view comments' link next to the relevant text.

The representations to the draft documents were considered at a series of meetings of Council between November and December 2005. The decisions made at these Council meetings have guided the preparation of Submission Draft LDF documents.

Note: Cambridge East Area Action Plan is being prepared in partnership with Cambridge City Council. Meetings were also held by the City Council to consider the development of this plan.
