Submission Proposals Map (published January 2006)

The Proposals Map shows the boundaries of policies contained in the Council's plans that have spatial implications, i.e. allocations of land for development, and policy areas to which a specific policy applies.

The Council submitted 6 Local Development Framework (LDF) documents to the Secretary of State on 6 January 2006:

  • Core Strategy DPD
  • Development Control Policies DPD
  • Site Specific Policies DPD
  • Northstowe Area Action Plan
  • Cambridge East Area Action Plan
  • Cambridge Southern Fringe Area Action Plan

The submission version of the Proposals Map includes policies from all these documents. The Adopted Proposals Map is updated each time a new Development Plan Document that has spatial implications is adopted. The current Adopted Proposals Map was published in July 2011.
