Adopted Proposals Map

The Adopted Proposals Map shows the boundaries of policies contained in the Council's adopted plans that have spatial implications, i.e. allocations of land for development, or areas to which a specific policy applies.

At present, this includes policies in the adopted Local Development Framework documents, namely the Development Control Policies Development Plan Document (DPD), Northstowe Area Action Plan (AAP), Cambridge East AAP and Cambridge Southern Fringe AAP, together with those that have been 'saved' from the adopted Local Plan 2004. The Adopted Proposals Map will be updated each time a new DPD that has spatial implications is adopted.

The Schedule of Adopted Plans and Saved Policies details the current adopted policies and explains which policies are shown on the Proposals Map.

Paper copies of the Adopted Proposals Map are available to buy over the counter, or to order from the Planning Policy service, at the Council's Offices in Cambourne.
