Request for E.I.A Scoping Opinion

The Authority has received a request for a Scoping Opinion, under the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (England and Wales) Regulations 1999, for a proposed Wind Farm development at Heydon Grange, on land near Heydon, Cambridgeshire, SG8 7PZ.
