A cross-sectoral partnership providing support to public and private sector organisations as well as local communities seeking to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions.

The South Cambridgeshire Strategic Partnership (or LSP: Local Strategic Partnership) is a partnership between the council and various partners to work together towards achieving economic, environmental and social standards for the district.
2. SOUTH CAMBRIDGESHIRE ACTION PLAN

In this section we are looking at the targets and the policies that have been put into place at a national level to encourage individuals and businesses to reduce their carbon footprint and help combat climate change. We will then look at the role of local authorities in this process and focus in details on the actions South Cambridgeshire District Council in seeking to ensure that it is making a really positive impact. A page will also be dedicated to community-based initiatives.
