Food Sampling

The Environmental Health Food Team is responsible for the sampling of foods from retailers within South Cambridgeshire to ensure they are safe and wholesome for sale.

The Food Sampling Programme

The Food Team have a programme of food to sample throughout the year. The sampling programme is divided into 2 categories, CHEMICAL and BACTERIOLOGICAL.
