Hygiene and food safety training courses

South Cambridgeshire District Council are running a number of Food Hygiene courses over 2008/09. For further information, please download the Food Hygiene Course Details document.

Please note that all Food Hygiene courses have now been booked up until January 2009.

To book your place on any of the courses, please download and complete the booking form and return to us enclosing full payment. Bookings can only be accepted with payment. You will receive a receipt for payment which confirms your booking on the course.

CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering

• One day programme, multiple choice assessment
• Designed for anyone working in catering, manufacturing or retail where food is prepared, cooled or handled
• Successful attendees will be awarded a nationally recognised certificate in Basic Food Hygiene
• Dates: 20th January 2009, 4th March 2009
• Cost: £50 per candidate
• Location: South Cambridgeshire Hall, Cambourne Business Park, Cambourne
  

CIEH Level 2 Award in Healthier Food and Special Diets

• One day programme, multiple choice assessment
• Designed for anyone with an interest in nutrition and the links between diet and health
• Dates: tbc - dependent on response
• Cost: £50 per candidate

CIEH Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering

• Three day programme, multiple choice assessment
• Designed for managers and supervisors in catering
• Dates: 4th, 5th and 11th February 2009
• Cost: £250 per candidate
• Location: South Cambridgeshire Hall, Cambourne Business Park, Cambourne

Safer Food Better Business

• A 3-hour workshop
• Designed to introduce the SFBB pack and give practical advice on completing and using the pack day to day
• Dates: 16th October 2008 and 22nd January 2009
• Cost: £30 per candidate
• Location: South Cambridgeshire Hall, Cambourne Business Park, Cambourne
