Trees and development
Providing advice to Planning Officers on the impact of development upon trees

Protecting trees (including in conservation areas)
Determine applications to undertake works to protected trees in conservation areas and protected by a Tree Preservation Order; Making new Tree Preservation Orders

Hedgerow regulations & high hedges
Process applications under the Hedgerow Regulations 1997, for removal of a hedgerow and to advise our enforcement service on high hedge applications
