Pollution
It is difficult to precisely define what pollution is, what one person regards as normal behaviour may be causing great distress to others. Pollution complaints can include noise nuisance, odour, water, light or air pollution and more. The Council will investigate reports of nuisances which are having a detrimental effect on the quality of peoples lives.
For each of the services in this section we aim to deliver a high quality, responsive and accessible service, as outlined in our Customer Service Standards.
