Estimates Book & Financial Outturn 2009/10
Each year the Council must decide how best to manage it's budget. An Estimates Book is published annually which details calculations and factors that determine these decisions. The Financial Outturn compares the actual expenditure for the year to the original and revised estimates.

Notes: The Staffing & Central Overhead and the Portfolio estimates allow for inflation at 2.5% for pay and non-pay (where necessary). This provision has been reduced to 1% in the General Fund and Housing Revenue Account summaries.
These estimates were approved by Council on 26 February 2009.
