Estimates Book and Financial Outturn 2011/12
Each year the Council must decide how best to manage it's budget. An Estimates Book is published annually which details calculations and factors that determine these decisions. The Financial Outturn compares the actual expenditure for the year to the original and revised estimates.

Notes: These Estimates have been compiled on a cash outturn basis; therefore, allowances for price inflation have been incorporated in the figures.
These estimates are subject to approval by Council on 24 February 2011.
