A by-election has been called in the Parish of Waterbeach, and an election to fill the vacancy will be held on Thursday 23 February 2012.
The nomination period has now closed for this election. The Statement of Persons Nominated is published below. Candidates have until noon on Wednesday 1 February, should they wish to withdraw their nomination.

Referendum and Local Elections 2011 - Results Friday 6 May
On Thursday 5 May, district elections were held for a third of the seats on South Cambridgeshire District Council. At the same time, the whole district headed to the polls to vote in a National Referendum.
