Committees and meetings
The Council operates under a Leader and Cabinet system. Meetings are generally open to the public, including meetings of individual portfolio holders, although there may be items on the agenda from which the press and public will be excluded for reasons of confidentiality. Alternatively, visit our democratic services website and use the link on the left-hand side, 'Subscribe to Agenda', to set up your preferences. This system will allow you to subscribe to anything newly-published for the committees of your choice, and also to any items affecting your local ward.
Agendas, minutes and reports (other than exempt, or confidential, items) for all committees are available by email and on our website.
The councillors' weekly bulletin is also available online and is published each Thursday.
