Zero tolerance for abusive or aggressive behaviour

South Cambridgeshire District Council welcomes open and honest communication with the local community and our officers will discuss any concerns or problems local residents may have in a polite and professional manner. However, the Council will not tolerate any aggressive or abusive behaviour towards its officers. Council employees have clear guidance, which empowers them to terminate any phone call or interview that deteriorates to an unacceptable level. As a Council, we understand that some circumstances may be frustrating, however, you are requested to remain calm and help us to help you as much as we can.
