Cambridgeshire Community Portal
Cambridgeshire Community Portal is linking communities and services across Cambridgeshire. The website provides links to partner websites, enabling a range of services to be accessed through a single website.
The Portal is a joint initiative with our partners to improve services and make it easier for our customers to access services.
Traditionally, our customers have needed to contact individual Councils and organisations to access and receive, information and services.
Together with our One-Stop-Shops and Cambridgeshire Contact Centre, the Community Portal is a single access channel to a range of services.
Whether a service is delivered by the County Council, a District Council, Health and other partner, the Portal is a gateway to the information you need when you need it.
How it works
Users search for the information they need by:
- Category;
- From an A - Z list, or;
- Keyword.
The Portal then provides a list of links to other websites with relevant information.
