July 2011 Planning Committee resolution to permit 34 dwellings on land parcel H1, subject to satisfactory legal agreement being secured.
July 2011 730 Occupations (429 market, 301 affordable)
July 2011 Public consultation events for proposed Local Centre and Corner site schemes, to include approximately 800sqm of retail floorspace, POS 2 and 140 dwellings.
April 2011 Revised planning application received for land parcel H1, featuring 34 market dwellings.
