Response to the Northstowe Planning Application
An outline planning application was submitted to SCDC in December 2007 for the new town of Northstowe (S/7006/07/O).
Following public consultation the Council has now responded to the joint promoters outlining its views.

On 25th June SCDC responded to the three road applications that were also submitted with the outline application for Northstowe. The responses can be viewed below.
S/2007/07/F - Land Between Hatton's Road/A14 (Bar Hill) Junction and Longstanton and Oakington Villages.
S/2008/07/F - Highway link between the proposed new town of Northstowe and Dry Drayton Road; improvements to Dry Drayton Road; and associated drainage and landscaping.
S/2009/07/F - Land between Hatton's Road, the A14 (Bar Hill) junction and to the South West of A14 (Dry Drayton/Oakington) junction, in the Parishes of Oakington and Longstanton.
On 8th August SCDC wrote to the joint promoters to provide further clarification on a number of points raised within the 8th May letter. A revised transport template was also included, highlighting a number of changes to the one sent on 8th May.
