Licensing Act 2003 Policy

The Statement of Licensing Policy is a document that continues to develop and reflect the changing nature of the alcohol and entertainments industry, government initiatives and the needs of local businesses and residents alike. Whilst the policy may be reviewed at any time in part or whole, South Cambridgeshire District Council undertakes a full consultation process every 3 years.

This Policy forms the basis on which South Cambridgeshire District Council makes decisions relating to the Licensing Act.
