Sex Establishment Licensing

Pursuant to paragraph 13 of Schedule 3 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982.

South Cambridgeshire District Council adopted the above Act on 10th August 2006. A licence for a Sex Establishment will attract a fee.

South Cambridgeshire has adopted conditions of licensing.
