Licensing Policy - Licensing Act 2003
The Licensing Policy for South Cambridgeshire District Council was available for consultation between June and October 2010. This policy will form the basis on which South Cambridgeshire District Council makes decisions relating to the Licensing Act in the future and we would therefore appreciate your views on it.
You can view this policy by request from the Licensing section and at our Cambourne office.
This Licensing Policy is issued in line with the requirements of the Licensing Act 2003.
In reviewing the statement of Licensing Policy, consideration is being given to the opinions of a wide range of people including representatives of the public, the alcohol industry, Personal Licence Holders, Holders of Premises Licences, Fire, Police etc.
The Statement of Licensing Policy will be a document that continues to develop and reflect the changing nature of the alcohol and entertainments industry, government initiatives and the needs of local businesses and residents alike. Whilst the Policy may be reviewed at any time in part or whole, South Cambridgeshire District Council will undertake a full consultation process in line with legislative requirements.
