Premises/Club licencing
A Premises Licence or Club Premises Certificate is required to carry out licensable activities, or in the case of members clubs, club qualifying activities from the premises. Under the Licensing Act 2003, a premises can be any place including a building, a moveable structure, an open space, a vehicle or vessel.
Any person thinking of applying for a Premises Licence or Club Premises Certificate are encouraged to contact the Licensing service.
