Pre-Market Testing - Wheeled Bin Deliveries and Caddies

The Council is undertaking an programme to roll out wheeled bins and caddies to its residents and is looking to schedule deliveries over a short time window of two weeks.

The Council would like to discuss how practical the time window is with companies that have experience of scheduled delivery of wheeled bins/Caddies.

The Council needs to make clear that this is not a contract notice merely an information gathering exercise.
